Introduction – Experiment Plans

Clients often search for the root cause of their symptoms and a single, effective treatment. In most cases, several factors contribute to symptoms. A better quality of life is created through several changes. For example, one client may discover that physical activity, mindful activities, chewing food well, drinking water, and avoiding excess green pepper (I picked a random food) improves gastrointestinal symptoms. A dairy-free diet, curcumin, and yoga may help someone else minimize their pain.

Systematic experimentation helps clients find what works for them. If the client feels overwhelmed (freezing), a plan will help them take the first step. If haphazard changes are a concern, a plan will help clients take slow, steady steps.

Systematic experiments help clients move forward and make progress toward a better quality of life!
