No part of Food Sensitivity Nutrition Care course may be reproduced, stored in or introduced into a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording without the prior written permission of Wendy Busse Consulting Ltd. The client also agrees that he/she will not participate in or encourage electronic piracy of copyrightable materials.
The Course Participant releases Wendy Busse Consulting Ltd., and any employees, officers, directors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in lay or equity, which the Course Participant ever had, now has or will have in the future against Wendy Busse Consulting Ltd, arising from the Course Participant’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Food Sensitivity Nutrition Care unless arising from Wendy Busse Consulting Ltd.’s gross negligence.
