As a registered dietitian, I first started working with food sensitive clients 30 years ago and before long, I realized that my true calling was helping people live well and move past their restrictions. My dad used to say, “You are working toward developing something important, even though you don’t know what it is right now.” That “something” ended up as the FAST Freedom™ Program.
As an expert in food hypersensitivities, I have been invited to speak at many national conferences (learn more) and have sat on the medical advisory committees of non-profit organizations.
I spent years helping clients with unexplained reactions further restrict their diet, until it dawned on me that there was a better way to approach healing.
Eventually, I put together my own protocol that explained how easy it is to get caught in the Food Avoidance & Sensitivity Trap after watching clients rebuild their food trust and move past conditioned food sensitivities.
I knew I had to share this program with other dietitians, so they could help their clients.
Our clients were moving past conditioned food sensitivities and liberalizing their diet. They no longer feared food.
As someone who has food sensitivities, you deserve freedom from your unnecessary restrictions and that’s why I created the FAST Freedom™ Program. I knew you needed someone to walk you through what you were experiencing, explaining what no one else was ever able to.
In my free time, I like to cross country ski, hike, take creative pictures/videos, crochet, cook and hamlax (my family’s word for relaxing in the hammock). And most importantly…. sitting on my deck, watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
