Simple Flexible Recipes

I wish that I could provide recipes that are good for all our clients, but everyone is different! The recipes below are simple and flexible (you can substitute ingredients). Please post comments with any substitutions that you have tried. 

Substituting (or omitting) ingredients from your favorite meals can lead to disappointing results. In this case, find new recipes (without preconceived expectations) until you expand your diet, and you can enjoy your old favourites once again.
