Before you move forward, take a moment to notice where you are. Viewing your food sensitivity challenges with curiosity—rather than criticism—can help you identify the areas where growth and healing are most needed.

Ask yourself: How does your restricted diet impact your life? Would greater food freedom open up new possibilities? How much time and energy do food sensitivities occupy—and what might become possible if that time and energy were freed up?
