Meal Planning

Are You Spending Too Much Time and Energy on Meal Planning?

Many participants start the program feeling that:

  • Their lives revolve around deciding what to eat, shopping, and cooking.
  • Meals have become a source of stress, rather than joy.
  • They’re stuck in a rut of eating the same monotonous meals day after day.

Many of my past clients have found that freezing meals can save time, money, and greatly reduce mealtime stress. Try preparing soups or stews and freezing them in individual portions for a quick, nutritious, “all-in-one” meal.

Try adding a little creativity to your meals! Even if your diet is highly restricted, small changes can make a big difference. For example, you could spiralize vegetables you normally slice or experiment with new cooking methods or seasonings that feel safe to you.
