Provider Fees Payments

The yearly 100 USD is due in the first quarter of each year.

Your clients can purchase the course from the website, or you can give them a coupon for complimentary access. If the client has insurance, you can embed the fee into their support package. However, most insurance plans do not cover courses, so they don’t include the course as a separate fee on their receipt.

If you would like coupon codes, please email me. The cost is 99 USD/code (minimum of three coupon codes per purchase). If necessary, I will refund your payment (minus fees if you purchased with a credit card). If your client uses a coupon code and you refund their payment, I can reimburse you.

At the end of each year, I will calculate your credit based on that year’s payments (including your $100 licensing fee). You will receive this discount on the first invoice of the next year, or I will send you the money if you do not want to purchase additional coupon codes.
