I’m going to try cooking foods with different textures to change it up and make it more enjoyable. I’m going to try to be creative even if I’m using the same foods but make it taste different. I feel like if I try something new (cooking something differently), it’ll make me feel more excited about eating it and make it more enjoyable instead of getting the same thing the same way every day. I’m also going to start taking more pictures of my food.

        – completing various tests, seeing several health professionals, being told I’ve always had stomach issues with a certain food since I was little, talking to other people with similar symptoms, social media, family members telling me their food intolerances and telling me that’s what I have etc.

It leaves me feeling overwhelmed, worried and nervous, and sometimes hopeless. It can mean that I end up binge eating foods I know may not be agreeing with my stomach at the moment or it just really impacts my mood and I feel less motivated to be social or do activities that I know usually lift me up.
